- Hafþór holds the heaviest combined brute strength super-total of all time across the 'deadlift, squat, bench, log and stone' with: 501 kg (1,105 lb) + 460 kg (1,014 lb) + 250 kg (551 lb) + 213 kg (470 lb) + 260 kg (573 lb) for 1,684 kg (3,713 lb).[1][143][22][174]
This super-total is more than 115 lb higher than that of any other strength athlete across all strength sports.

- Hafþór is also the only man in history to have both a 1,000 lb Squat and a 1,100 lb Deadlift. He has also Deadlifted 1,000 lb or more: 16 times, more than anyone in history.[198][199][200][201]
