LibreCad，是一个能运行在Windows、MAC、Linux上的自由的开源个人CAD应用程序。原先是QCad社群版的一個分支。

历史

2010 年前后， QCAD 社区版 v2.0.5.0 分支 开始了独立开发，形成了现在的 LibreCAD。最早的用户界面是基于 Qt3 图形库的。

现在 LibreCAD 的 图形界面 基于 Qt5，因此它可以在多个 平台 上运行并保持相同的界面。[2][3]

GNU LibreDWG 库是在 GPLv3 许可证下发布的，它不能用在以 GPLv2 许可证发布的 LibreCAD（和 FreeCAD）上。[4][5] 因为它们的许可证 不兼容.[6] 有人向 FSF 提出将 GNU LibreDWG 重新许可 为 GPLv2，但遭到了拒绝。[7] 最后通过重写一个以 GPLv2 发布的称为 libdxfrw 的替代库才解决了这个问题，[8] 新库具有更完整的 DWG 支持。
