Stone Cold Crazy, İngiliz rock müzik grubu Queen'in 1974 tarihli albümleri Sheer Heart Attack'ta bulunan bir şarkıdır. Albümün sekizinci şarkısıdır. Parça hiçbir zaman single olarak çıkmamasına rağmen, Queen'in derleme albümlerinde ve grubun ilk on yılındaki neredeyse her konserde yer almıştır.

Queen 1960'ların sonlarına doğru kurulmadan önce, Mercury eski grubu Wreckage ile şarkıyı sahnede çalıyordu. Şarkı, Queen'in 1972'de sahnede çaldığı ilk canlı performanstı ama yıllar içerisinde sözleri ve melodisi birçok değişikliğe uğradığı için Queen şarkıyı kendisine mal etti. Gruba göre, şarkının ilk versiyonları çok yavaştı.
