Steroid sulfotransferaza (EC 2.8.2.15, steroid alkoholna sulfotransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 3'-fosfoadenilil-sulfat:fenolni-steroid sulfotransferaza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 3'-fosfoadenilil sulfat + fenolni steroid adenozin 3',5'-bisfosfat + steroid O-sulfat
Ovaj enzim ima široku specifičnost.
