Retinalna izomeraza (EC 5.2.1.3, retinenska izomeraza, retinoidna izomeraza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom sve-trans-retinal 11-cis-trans-izomeraza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

sve-trans-retinal {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } 11-cis-retinal

Ravnoteža reakcije je u maloj meri pomerena ka cis-izomeru.
