Izopentenil-difosfatna D-izomeraza (EC 5.3.3.2, izopentenilpirofosfatna Delta-izomeraza, metilbutenilpirofosfatna izomeraza, izopentenilpirofosfatna izomeraza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom izopentenil-difosfat Delta3-Delta2-izomeraza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- izopentenil difosfat dimetilalil difosfat
Za dejstvo enzima iz Streptomyces sp. vrste CL190 su neophodni FMN i NAD(P)H kofaktori.
