Gama-enolaza, takođe poznata kao enolaza 2 (ENO2) ili neuron specifična enolaza (NSE), je enzim koji je kod ljudi kodiran ENO2 genom.[1][2] Gama-enolaza je posfopiruvatna hidrataza.

Gama-enolaza je jedan od tri enolazna izoenzima prisutnih kod sisara. Ovaj izoenzim je homodimer, i prisutan je u zrelim neuronima i ćelijama neuronskog porekla. Prelaz iz alfa enolaze u gama enolazu javlja se u nervnom tkivu tokom razvoja kod pacova i primata.[1]
