Benzilsukcinatna sintaza (EC 4.1.99.11, benzilsukcinat fumarat-lijaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom benzilsukcinat fumarat-lijaza (formira toluen).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

benzilsukcinat {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } toluen + fumarat

Ovaj enzim sadrži glicil radikal.
