TRNK sumportransferaza (EC 2.8.1.4, transfer ribonukleatna sumportransferaza, RNK sumportransferaza, ribonukleatna sumportransferaza, transfer RNK sumportransferaza, transfer RNK tiolaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-cistein:tRNK sumportransferaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- L-cistein + aktivirana tRNK L-serin + tRNK sa tionukleotidom
Ova grupa enzima prenosi sumpor na razne nukleotide u tRNK lancu.
