Poliribonukleotid nukleotidiltransferaza (EC 2.7.7.8, polinukleotidna fosforilaza, PNPaza, nukleozid difosfat:polinukleotidil transferaza, poliribonukleotidna nukleotidiltransferaza, polinukleotidna fosforilaza, poliribonukleotidna fosforilaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom poliribonukleotid:fosfat nucleotidiltransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

RNKn+1 + fosfat {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } RNKn + nukleozid difosfat

ADP, IDP, GDP, UDP i CDP mogu da deluju kao donori.
