Nitrilna hidrataza (EC 4.2.1.84, 3-cijanopiridinska hidrataza, NHaza, L-NHaza, H-NHaza, akrilonitrilna hidrataza, alifatična nitrilna hidrataza, nitrilna hidrolijaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom alifatični-amid hidrolijaza (formira nitril).[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- alifatični amid nitril + H2O
Ovaj enzim deluje na kratkolančane alifatične nitrile.
