N-acetilmuramoil-L-alaninska amidaza (EC 3.5.1.28, acetilmuramil-L-alaninska amidaza, N-acetilmuramil-L-alaninska amidaza, N-acilmuramil-L-alaninska amidaza, acetilmuramoil-alaninska amidaza, N-acetilmuraminska kiselina L-alaninska amidaza, acetilmuramil-alaninska amidaza, N-acetilmuramilalaninska amidaza, mureinska hidrolaza, N-acetilmuramoil-L-alaninska amidaza tip I, N-acetilmuramoil-L-alanin amidaza tip II) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom peptidoglikan amidohidrolaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
