Meteniltetrahidrofolat ciklohidrolaza (EC 3.5.4.9, Citrovorum faktorska ciklodehidraza, ciklohidrolaza, formil-metenil-metilintetrahidrofolatna sintetaza (kombinovana)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 5,10-meteniltetrahidrofolat 5-hidrolaza (deciklizacija).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

5,10-meteniltetrahidrofolat + H2O {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } 10-formiltetrahidrofolat

Kod eukariota, ovaj enzim se javlja kao trifunkcionalni enzim koje je takođe metilintetrahidrofolatna dehidrogenaza (NADP+) (EC 1.5.1.5) i format-tetrahidrofolatna ligaza (EC 6.3.4.3).
