Malonatna dekarboksilaza zavisna od biotina (EC 4.1.1.89, malonat dekarboksilaza (sa biotinom), malonat dekarboksilaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom malonat karboksilijaza (biotin-zavisna).[1][2][3][4][5][6][7] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

malonat + H+ {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } acetat + CO2

Pozanat su dva tipa malonatne dekarboksilaze. Oba su multienzimski kompleksi.
