Karnitin O-acetiltransferaza (EC 2.3.1.7, acetil-KoA-karnitinska O-acetiltransferaza, acetilkarnitinska transferaza, karnitin acetilna koenzim A transferaza, karnitinska acetilaza, karnitinska acetiltransferaza, karnitin-acetil-KoA transferaza, CATC) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom acetil-KoA:karnitin O-acetiltransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

acetil-KoA + karnitin {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } KoA + O-acetilkarnitin

Ovaj enzim takođe deluje na propanoil-KoA i butanoil-KoA (cf. EC 2.3.1.21, karnitin O-palmitoiltransferaza i EC 2.3.1.137, karnitin O-oktanoiltransferaza).
