Glutamat-tRNK ligaza (EC 6.1.1.17, glutamil-tRNK sintetaza, glutamil-transfer ribonukleatna sintetaza, glutamil-transfer RNK sintetaza, glutamil-transfer ribonukleinsko kiselinska sintetaza, glutamat-tRNK sintetaza, glutaminsko kiselinska translaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-glutamat:tRNKGlu ligaza (formira AMP).[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- ATP + L-glutamat + tRNKGlu AMP + difosfat + L-glutamil-tRNKGlu
