Dugolančani-alkohol O-masna-aciltransferaza (EC 2.3.1.75, sintaza voska, sintaza voštanog estra) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom acil-KoA:long-chain-alkohol O-aciltransferaza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- acil-KoA + dugolančani alkohol KoA + dugolančani estar
Ovaj enzim prenosi zasićene ili nezasićene acil ostatke sa lancima dugim C18 do C20 na dugolančane alkohole, čime se formiraju voskovi. Najbolji akceptor je cis-ikos-11-en-1-ol.
