Aminodezoksihorizmatna lijaza (EC 4.1.3.38, enzim X, 4-amino-4-dezoksihorizmat lijaza, 4-amino-4-dezoksihorizmat piruvat-lijaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 4-amino-4-dezoksihorizmat piruvat-lijaza (formira 4-aminobenzoat).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Ovaj enzim je piridoksal-fosfatni protein.
