2-Iminoacetatna sintaza (EC 4.1.99.19, thiH (gen)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-tirozin 4-metilfenol-lijaza (formira 2-iminoacetat).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- L-tirozin + S-adenozil-L-metionin + redukovani akceptor 2-iminoacetat + 4-metilfenol + 5'-dezoksiadenozin + L-metionin + akceptor + 2 H+
Ovaj enzim sadrži 4Fe-4S kluster.
