17a-hidroksiprogestaronska aldolaza (EC 4.1.2.30, C-17/C-20 lijaza, 17alfa-hidroksiprogestaron acetaldehid-lijaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 17alfa-hidroksiprogestaron acetaldehid-lijaza (formira 4-androstene-3,17-dion).[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
