"Pilot" ialah episod pertama siri drama muzikal komedi Glee yang disiarkan di Fox pada 19 Mei 2009.[1] Mengisahkan sebuah kelab paduan suara, yang lebih dikenali sebagai kelab glee di sekolah cereka William McKinley High School di Lima, Ohio.

Episod perdana ini menampilkan pembentukan awal dari kelab glee dan memperkenalkan beberapa pelakon utamanya. Ia diarahkan oleh Ryan Murphy, dan ceritanya ditulis Murphy, Brad Falchuk dan Ian Brennan.[2] Episod ini ditonton oleh 9.6 juta orang ketika pertama kali ditayangkan.[3]
