翼口蓋神経（よくこうがいしんけい）は三叉神経第二枝である上顎神経の枝で、翼口蓋窩にて見られる神経で^[1]、翼口蓋神経節へ向かう神経^[2]。

翼口蓋神経節と密接に関係しているため、上顎神経の枝のままで、神経節でシナプスされない^[3]。
