Perak nitrat merupakan sebuah senyawa anorganik dengan rumus kimia AgNO3. Senyawa ini adalah senyawa paling serbaguna di antara senyawa perak lainnya, dan digunakan pada fotografi. Senyawa ini lebih tidak sensitif terhadap sinar matahari daripada perak halida. Senyawa ini dulu disebut lunar kaustik karena perak dulunya disebut luna oleh para alkemis kuno yang percaya bahwa perak berasosiasi dengan bulan.[1]
Dalam bentuk padatan, ion senyawa ini akan berbentuk trigonal planar.[2]
