Nicholas Rowe
Nicholas Rowe (/roʊ/; 20 Juni 1674 – 6 Desember 1718) adalah seorang pengarang drama, penyair dan penulis serba-serbi asal Inggris dan menjadi Poet Laureate of the United Kingdom pada 1715.
Kehidupan
Nicholas Rowe lahir di Little Barford, Bedfordshire, Inggris, sebagai putra dari pasangan John Rowe (w. 1692), barrister dan sergeant-at-law, dan Elizabeth, putri dari Jasper Edwards, pada 20 Juni 1674.[1][2]
