McVince Alleza "Vince" Rooi (born 13 December 1981 in Amsterdam) is a Dutch former baseball player who played professionally from 1999 to 2018. He also played on the Dutch national team in the 2009 World Baseball Classic.
Baseball career
Rooi played in the Minor Leagues in the Montreal Expos and Pittsburgh Pirates organizations from 1999 to 2006.[1] In 2007, he signed with the Kinheim club and played there from 2007 to 2008. In 2009, Rooi signed with the Amsterdam Pirates.
