Lichwin [ˈlixfin] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Pleśna, within Tarnów County, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in southern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) south of Pleśna, 18 km (11 mi) south of Tarnów, and 76 km (47 mi) east of the regional capital Kraków.

The village has an approximate population of 1,200. The Rak family from the US is from here.
