Halleck, Missouri

39°34′41″N 94°49′15″W / 39.57806°N 94.82083°W / 39.57806; -94.82083Halleck is an unincorporated community in Buchanan County, in the U.S. state of Missouri.[1]
History
A post office called Halleck was established in 1862, and remained in operation until 1902.[2] The community was named in honor of Henry Halleck, a U.S. Army officer.[3]
